About Us

Bob Brunetti, Owner, Vice President

A native of Loudoun County, Bob attended Broad Run High School and received a BS in Management Science from West Virginia University.

After graduating from college, Bob returned to Northern Virginia and took over his father?s landscaping business. Soon after, they merged with a painting company and the rest, as they say, is history.

He and his wife, Jamie, have three sons and live in Ashburn. He is involved in various Loudoun sports programs both as a sponsor and a coach.

Jeff Koller, Vice President, General Manager

Jeff is experienced in every phase of the painting industry, having begun as a Paint Assistant in 1987 and working his way up to General Manager/VP.

Jeff, his wife and three children live in Winchester, VA. Jeff, like Bob, is active as a sponsor and coach in youth sports. He enjoys spending time with the family and racing cars.

Gary Gray, Sr., Corporate Sales & Operations

Gary joined Paintworx with more than 30 years with Duron Paints and Sherwin Williams as a store manager and commercial sales representative. When it comes to special questions about paint, Gary is the ?go to guy? at Paintworx.

Currently, he specializes in finding and estimating commercial projects on the East Coast as well as establishing relationships with local and national government programs.

Gary?s children are grown and out of the house. He currently lives in Culpeper, VA with his two Yorkies, Penny and Scooter.

Sean Calhoun, Sales & Operations

Sean was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and lived there until moving to Northern Virginia in 2002. Not only can Sean help you with your painting needs but also with your golf score! Prior to joining Paintworx in 2006, he spent 15 years as a golf professional at country clubs in Philadelphia and Virginia.

The same critical eye Sean used to analyze a student's swing now evaluates every detail of a Paintworx project. He is committed to minimizing the inconvenience of his clients and to make sure each project is met with complete satisfaction.

He and his wife, Amy, have two children and live in Alexandria.

T.J. Wiseman, Customer Service Manager

After his discharge from the U.S. Army, T.J. met Jeff Koller. For the past fourteen years he had honed his skills both as paint professional and customer service specialist.

T.J. and his wife have two children and live in Winchester, VA.

Everett (Desil) Collins, Jr., Production Manager

Desil, as he is known, has been with Paintworx for six years, bringing an extensive background of over 35 years in the painting and drywall industry to the company.

Desil and his wife have two children and two grandchildren. They have lived in Ashburn for the past 16 years.
