About Us

Bob Brunetti, Owner and Vice President

A native of Loudoun County, Bob attended Broad Run High School and received a BS in Management Science from West Virginia University.  After graduating from college, Bob returned to Northern Virginia and took over his father's landscaping business.  Soon after, they merged with a painting company and the rest, as they say, is history.  He and his wife, Jamie, have three sons and live in Ashburn.  He is involved in various Loudoun sports programs both as a sponsor and a coach. 

Jeff Koller, Vice President and General Manager

Jeff is experienced in every phase of the painting industry, having begun as a Paint Assistant in 1987 and working his way up to General Manager VP.  Jeff, his wife and three children live in Winchester, VA.  Jeff, like Bob, is active as a sponsor and coach in youth sports.  He enjoys spending time with his family and racing cars.

T.J. Wiseman, Customer Service Manager

After his discharge from the U.S. Army, T.J. met Jeff Koller.  For the past fifteen years, he has honed his skills both as a paint professional and Customer Service specialist.  T.J. and his wife have two children and live in Winchester, Virginia.

Everett (Desil) Collins, Jr., Production Manager

Desil, as he is known, has been with Paintworx for almost ten years, bringing an extensive background of over 35 years in the painting/drywall industry to the company.  Desil and his wife have two children and two grandchildren.  They currently reside in Berryville, VA.

Mike Starkey, Manager-Commercial Operations

Raised in the Herndon, VA area, Mike began his career with his family's security operation.  He brings extensive experience in wallcovering and commercial applications to Paintworx.  From bidding to billing, Mike's commitment to his clients is top notch.  He presently lives in Ashburn and enjoys watching sports and movies, working on automobiles and spending time with friends and family.

Ruben Amaro-Dominguez, Field Operations Manager-Commercial Division

Ruben Amaro-Dominguez has been working in the paint industry since 1989, starting out as a painter's apprentice and working his way up to a specialty painter and now a Field Manager.  Ruben also specializes in commercial construction as well as residential remodeling.  Ruben currently lives in Manassas with his wife and two sons.

George Black, Vice President-Tidewater Division

A native of Pittsburgh, PA, George has lived in the Hampton Roads area since 1983.  While attending high school and college, he learned the skills in the construction field necessary to eventually become a Project Manager for several large builders in area.   George, his wife Sonya and son Brennan, live in Portsmouth, VA.  His oldest son, Corry, lives in Wake Forest, NC.

David M. Long, Vice President Operations-Tidewater Division

Dave comes to us with over ten years of Project Management experience in all phases of construction from single family residential, multi-family housing and commercial applications.  Dave, his wife and two sons have been living in the Hampton Roads area for 6 years, after relocating from northern Indiana.

Julio Ortiz, Project Manager-Tidewater Division

Julio has extensive experience in Customer Service.  From being a NYC EMS Dispatcher for ten years to a Customer Care Coordinator for a national builder in Virginia, Julio understands that quality service is key.  He has since worked in the painting, construction and HVAC fields.  Julio and his wife have two children and reside in Chesapeake, VA.
